Cancellation Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. • Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. • Please come without makeup on the treatment area. • Guests are not allowed during the procedure. We can't accept: ❌ Pregnant or breastfeeding ❌ Under 18 years old ❌ Active skin infection, rash, or open wounds in the treatment area ❌ Severe acne in the area ❌ Blood disorders (hemophilia) ❌ Currently on Accutane (must wait at least 6–12 months) ❌ Undergoing chemotherapy or radiation ❌ Uncontrolled diabetes ❌ Keloid or hypertrophic scar history ❌ Recent Botox or fillers in the area (wait about 2 weeks) ❌ Recent chemical peel, microneedling, or laser in the area ❌ Using blood thinners (unless approved by a doctor) May Need Doctor Approval for ⚠️ Autoimmune diseases ⚠️ Heart conditions ⚠️ Organ transplant patients ⚠️ Taking strong medications affecting healing Also Avoid If • Sunburn in the area ☀️ • Recently tanned skin • Active cold sores (for lip blush)
